Return and Refund Policy

At Whisked & Savored, we take pride in creating high-quality, freshly baked goods made to order. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong with your order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To resolve the issue, we may ask you to provide:

  • A detailed description of the issue
     
  • Clear photos of the product
     

We are unable to process any claims made after the 24-hour window.


2. Refunds & Replacements

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following:

  • A full or partial refund
     
  • A replacement item
     
  • Store credit
     

All refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion, based on the information and evidence provided.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind
     
  • Dislike of taste or texture (as preferences vary)
     
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong delivery address or pickup time)
     
  • Missed pickups or deliveries
     

Custom and personalized orders (such as themed cakes or items with names or specific designs) are non-refundable unless there is a clear error on our part.


4. Pickup & Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed pickup or delivery time.
Missed pickups or deliveries will not be refunded. Rescheduling may incur an additional fee.
